"I love your product but too expensive..."
I love your product, but unfortunately, I stopped using it a few months ago. I give you 4 stars after all because your system is of the best I have ever used.

I stopped because I wanted to use everything, Live Chat, Chat Bot, Help Desk, Knowledge base, etc... I ended with 5 invoices summing too much for my budget.

The best would be some low budget plan with one single invoice. My company never pays yearly; all services are payed monthly so that is not an option.

That said I recommend LiveChat. Chat Bot is amazing, Help Desk a really well done product and Knowkedge Base simply beautiful.

Your support team is really helpful. They solved all my issues fast. Twice I asked for a refund, I got it inmedially with no questions asked.

"Pretty good"
We used their product to communicate with customers. Pretty powerful tool. Just sometimes it's hard to understand.
