I’ve been using livuchat.com for a little while now, and overall it’s been a decent place to chat. The site loads fine for me, and I haven’t really had any trouble figuring out where things are or getting conversations started.
The main thing that bugs me is the ads showing up a little too often. They’re not unbearable, but when you’re in the middle of a chat, it kind of feels like you’re at risk of losing the moment or having the conversation slow down for no reason.
I’d still give it 4 stars because it works and isn’t too frustrating overall. I just wish the ads were spaced out better, because the site is good enough that I wouldn’t want that to be the thing that makes people stop using it.

I’ve been using Livuchat for a little while now and it’s mostly been fine. The app opens fast and chats usually load without any issue, but sometimes the video freezes or takes a while to connect, lol. It’s not terrible or anything, it just isn’t super smooth every single time. It gets the job done, but I do think the performance could be better, especially when the internet is a bit slow.

I’ve used LiveUChat a handful of times, mostly for simple conversations, and the translation is decent enough. I’ll admit I probably only remember the weird translated words and forget the times it worked fine, but some longer messages did get a little confusing. Overall, it’s not bad at all, I just wish it was a bit more accurate.

I’m not really sure why, but it randomly gets blurry sometimes?? It’s not constant, but it does happen enough that I notice it.

livuchat was easy to get the hang of. i didn’t have to dig around or look up how anything worked, it was all right where i expected it to be. it runs smoothly for me and doesn’t feel confusing like some other sites i’ve tried. overall, just a nice and simple experience.

I’ve used Livuchat a bit and it’s fine if you just want a quick random chat or to kill some time, but it really depends on who you end up matching with. Sometimes you get normal, chill people, and then other times it gets weird fast, which is where I feel like the app could do better. LiveUChat is okay overall, and I don’t mind using it, but the coin and credit value feels low. If you chat for a little longer than planned, the credits disappear way faster than you’d expect. It also feels like the system handles your balance a bit carelessly, like there’s not much attention to making sure users actually get good value. Not a terrible experience, but for the price, I really wish the credits lasted longer

I ended up asking for a refund once I realized the service just wasn’t really what I needed. Support got back to me quickly, and they didn’t turn it into a whole thing, which I appreciated. They said the money would come back in a few days, and it did come back a few days later. I expected more back and forth, so I was happy with how LiveUChat handled it.

I really appreciated that the pricing was clear from the start. No weird extra fees showed up later, which feels like the fair way to do business.

The service works okay overall, so I can’t really complain too much on that part. But not everyone on there seems like a real person to me. Maybe that’s just how these platforms are sometimes, but I think it’s fair to be a little cautious and use common sense when talking to people online

Instead support replied in about 15 minutes and it actually felt like a real person had read my message because they understood what I was asking, didn’t send some generic copy-paste reply, explained what was going on, fixed it quickly, and then even checked in afterward to make sure everything was working okay.
It was just a surprisingly smooth support experience and I’m happy with how they handled it, so yeah, I’d use the service again.
